My Media Darlings!

The kids were pictured in 3 different newspapers within a weeks time frame.

This is Zack and Emily in the Review.

The same photo of Zack was submitted to the Tribune.

And then Emily made an appearance in the Scope newsletter!

Candyland!

A couple of weeks ago, a local library hosted a Candyland Adventure Game so the kids and I stopped in there to play a round and collect some candy. The library submitted photos to a local newspaper and of course, Zack and Emily are worthy of the front page!

Makeup

Emily has been going upstairs to use the bathroom
and coming back down with some makeup on.
First it was lipstick
and then it was mascara.
I'm glad she didn't poke herself in the eye!

I think she's sporting a Gwen Stefani look!

Bear

We sadly started off the New Year with the loss of a furry friend, Greg's parents golden retriever.
Here's he is on Christmas Day

and a few weeks prior watching Zack romp around in the snow.
Thanks for warming our hearts, we'll miss you Bear!

Merry Christmas!

I haven't sent out any cards yet because I'm not happy with any of the pictures I've gotten of the kids. That, and we've been busy celebrating Keithmas!

Keith and Laura are here from Las Vegas so having the whole family all together is the best gift!

Have a wonderful Holiday!
love, Amanda, Greg, Zack & Emily

Oh Christmas Tree!

We got our Christmas tree on Saturday! We went to a tree farm in Poland that was offering horse drawn wagon rides out to the field. We we just missed taking a ride with them as they were done for the day when we got there, Zack was more excited over riding on a "bull-dozer" anyway. I really like this tree farm, their trees are a flat price no matter what kind or how tall and they've got a nice set up. We ended up with a Norway Spruce.

Zack had a great time and I hope this turns out to be one of his fondest holiday memories.
