Seems like yesterday

It seems like yesterday it was my brothers running around in Superhero costumes. This is Zack and the neighborboy last weekend.

Creepy Crawlies

Recenlty Zack came running into the house annoucing Look What My've Got! For some reason he says My've instead of I've. Anyway, he is proudly showing me his pet ants. He wanted to keep them in his room so he could show Grandma. Luckily I convinced him that Grandma would be just as happy to see a picture.

There are a ton of them in front of the neighbors yard, Emily thinks they are pretty neat too.

Worms are also cool

There is a salamander in the bucket. We later came across a snake but I scared it off with my screaming.

I have a feeling we won't bother to do any nice landscaping until he's out of the digging for bugs stage!

Indoor Beach Party!

A few weeks before our turn to host a playdate, Zack announced that he was going to have a beach party, at his house, with sand and he was going to wear his swimtrunks. He gave me a few other details but I had already tuned him out because my first response was "yeah, right!" but then I thought it sounded kinda fun (and it was).
